Young People Acknowledged at United Nations Public Service Forum


Islamabad (Our Correspondent) A group of young leaders representing all continents presented “Declaration of the Youth for the Future” to the United Nations and Government Representatives during United Nations Public Service Forum and Award Ceremony in Hague, The Netherlands.

Mr. Fsahat Ul Hassan from Pakistan represented the Asia and Pacific in the team of youth delegates who presented the declaration to Assistant Secretary General, Mr. Thomas Gass during the closing ceremony of Forum. After long deliberations and consultations with young people, young public servants, together with the Youth Envoys for the United Nations presented aspirations and challenges for the Future, said Mr. Fsahat. He also shared that this declaration views on the most pressing challenges governments in 2030 will face, and shared insights of youth on possible solutions for those challenges.
