LAHORE: (Thursday, April 12, 2018): Youth Advocacy Network organized a meeting on inclusion of Life Skills Based Education (LSBE) of under Right Here Right No platform in Lahore here. Director Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB), Dr. Tahir participated in the meeting and presented the details of PCTB work. During the meeting proceedings, It was emphasized that life skilled based education should be made compulsory part of curriculum to stop the child abuse incidents. Chairman Youth advocacy network, Mr. Fsahat Ul Hassan and National Programs Manager Mr. Amir Bilal appreciated the steps that have taken by Government of Punjab in this regard. In the end, Dr. Tahir expressed his happiness over the success of such a useful and interactive meeting and said that a conference will be arranged in near future in which new dimensions and procedures will be discussed to improve the curriculum. Representatives from Idara Taleem-O-Aghahi, Rahnuma-Family Planning Association of Pakistan and Chanan Development Association also attended the meeting.
